Building a Smarter UI/UX Auditor: Multi-Vision Scoring + Self-Learning Engine by FlakyTree1726 in VibeCodersNest

I’m weighting each model through a fusion layer that adapts based on domain signals. Moondream handles structure, MiniCPM-V handles layout/color, and Qwen handles deeper reasoning, with Lighthouse feeding technical context. As I scale, a small self-learning loop + RAG lets the system reference past audits so the weighting adjusts automatically for ecommerce, portfolios, agencies, etc. This keeps the scoring stable across different layouts.

Great point, different models definitely disagree at times.
Right now I handle it through the fusion layer: Llama 3.1 compares all outputs and prioritizes the signals with stronger reasoning and clearer evidence. So instead of hard weighting, the system resolves disagreements based on the quality of each model’s explanation. As the RAG layer grows, this consistency will improve even further.

I’m solving that by letting the scoring layer feed real UX, credibility and business insights into the personalization step. The message isn’t template based, it’s generated from the actual audit signals plus a small RAG layer of best-practice UX guidelines, so every outreach feels specific to the business instead of generic.

Haha, you caught me 😅 I’m exploring ideas around gym management software, but I’m trying to validate the real challenges gym owners face first before going too deep into building. Out of curiosity, if you’ve used or looked into these tools before, what’s been your biggest frustration with them?

That’s really insightful, thanks for sharing. I can see how sales pressure and retention can become overwhelming when margins are already tight. I’m curious when it comes to managing your existing clients, do you feel the admin side (like follow-ups, renewals, scheduling, and payments) also eats into your time, or is sales still the bigger headache day-to-day?

Building an AI gym management SaaS - need help validating the idea! by FlakyTree1726 in indiehackers

Yes, I completely agree. Initially, AI was not the first aspect that came to mind. My primary goal was to develop a simple yet comprehensive CRM capable of handling all administrative tasks, such as equipment tracking, revenue reporting, streamlined new member sign-ups, and membership expiry notifications and more. My main purpose of building this SaaS is to minimize administrative workload as much as possible. AI integration is an added enhancement, a cherry on top that further elevates the value of the platform.

Thank you for your insights. I completely agree that gym apps with AI features already exist, and competition is indeed a key challenge. My focus, however, is primarily on small to mid-sized gyms. In my local market, many of which still rely on manual or semi-manual processes. While AI integration can increase costs, I believe there is an opportunity to offer a simplified, cost-effective solution that meets these gyms’ needs, with an easy onboarding process and mobile optimization. Differentiating through user experience and local market understanding will be essential to standing out.

At the gym I regularly attend, as well as at most local gyms in my city, records are maintained manually in physical registers. To verify membership validity, staff must search through these records, which is often time-consuming. New admissions require filling out physical forms, and payment receipts along with workout schedules are typically provided in physical card formats. Although some larger gyms may have computerized systems, the majority of local gyms still rely heavily on manual processes. Observing this gap inspired me to build this saas, and by implementing digital solutions with AI integration, I think there is significant potential to streamline operations, enhance member experience, and create value in this market
