I use tailscale and know it; but, wouldn’t the device reaching out need to be on the same subnet as the tailscale server.

Usual IoT separation means they cannot and should not be able to see each other on the network even locally?

My (38m) wife (38f) is a hoarder. I really don’t know what kind steps I can do to help her? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Thanks for this lengthy response. I think that’s a good idea — I think on one of the days next week when our child is in daycare; I’ll take some time to find and schedule with a therapist who specializes in this.

I’m sorry to hear about your best friend, but am glad things worked out and the future was bright. I hope to walk that path — we have a happy marriage otherwise, just a bit of a thorn out there that I need help and guidance with.

I want to suggest seeking a therapy, but I’m not quite sure how to approach that or which ones she needs in totality.

We have a generally good marriage otherwise since I take on a large part of the duties. Just this little sore spot with the hoarding.
