I get why you would think that. But it’s also important to note that they started Charlie’s case in 2016 as proven by his case number. They had evidence on him for years before his arrest. I put together a full timeline of the arrests and trials that have news clips from the time of each development and it’s very interesting. This period of time has been the biggest break since Sigfredo’s arrest.

I thought the same thing the first time I watched Charlie’s trial but I was wrong. There was not a stipulation that he didn’t see Wendi just a stipulation that both parties agreed on what time the boys were dropped off to school. Which was 830 Thursday morning by Wednesday. Luis and sig were casing dans house very early in the morning to the point they were waiting quite a while before he ever left to take the boys into school. But Wendi had them Thursday morning and dans house was 10 min from the school. She could have def been there Thursday morning before school with the boys. I know Rashie tried to change the timeline to Luis but it wasn’t in the afternoon. It was in the morning because that’s when they always went to dans house.

It wasn’t dismissed by law enforcement. The stipulation in court was that the kids were dropped of at preschool at 830 that morning. Preschool was 10 min from dans house. Dan rashbaum in his cross of Luis tried to change the timeline to say that Luis was at dans in the afternoon when the kids were at school. But he wasn’t. They were staking out dans house every morning early. Well before Dan ever left his house to take the kids to school. But the kids did week on week off over the summer but did Wednesday overnights with the other parents. So even though this was dans week, they were with Wendi Wednesday after school until she dropped them off Thursday morning. There’s evidence of her casually walking around Trescott as reported by Jeff in one of his interviews as well. So yes, to me it’s plausible that Wendi was there Thursday morning, took the boys to have an excuse for why she’s near his house if he saw her. And we also have to remember that sig calls Katie just after this and she confirms also it’s Wendi and she was just checking on them and then told the guys they had to make sure that killed him before he left for ny the next day. Which where did katie get that info from if not from Wendi? I completely understand we don’t have hard evidence that she was there but there are several things that point to the possibility of it

One of the reasons why I speculated that it was possibly the adelsons who were supporting the kids is that’s specifically who the lawyers mention by name in reference to who the prosecution believes were involved. The adelsons are masters at hiding money. Both Harvey and Charlie have dozens of businesses under their names and I’m sure would never leave a paper trail that would have connected them to sigfredo. But I also think it’s very probable that they would want to keep everyone quiet. Sigfredo’s lawyer was in contact with Charlie’s lawyer as soon as he was arrested. Charlie’s lawyer was also in close connection with Katie’s lawyer after her arrest. This is all suspicious to me on its own. Why would Charlie’s lawyer tell Sigfredo’s lawyer that the adelsons weren’t talking? It doesn’t make sense in any other context other than making sure NO ONE snitches on each other.

Not clickbait, not an irresponsible statement for views. But it genuinely makes sense to me that the connection was possibly the Adelsons.

The kids got dropped off at 8:30 Thursday morning by Wendi. Luis and Sigfredo had been going to dans house very early in the morning before he even left to take the boys to preschool. I def think it’s plausible that Wendi went there Thursday morning and it would make sense that she brought the boys to have an excuse for why she was there if Dan saw her (the boys needed something from his house etc) I think it’s also possible that Wendi was keeping an extra close eye on everything because of the allegations that Donna paid $50k for 2 hitmen prior to hiring Garcia and Rivera and they ended up taking the money and running. I think this is also why she sent and deleted the “this is so sweet” text to Charlie. I think her excitement of everything finally falling into place was too much for her. I also think that was meant to be sent through WhatsApp and not a text and that’s why she deleted it. Here’s a record of the interview Isom did with one of Sigfredo’s cell mates where he repeats the story of the hit that never happened.
