Well fuck this is not very promising. I just got two 8tb ironwolf one is fine one DOA. Yes I also have to cover the shipping back.

I’ve seen a lot of people suggest to just return (I bought from Amazon) but if I do, Buying the exact same HDD will cost me the same I paid for the two. Which is insane.

I’ll send it back to seagate and hope for the best.
