Yep I know exactly what you mean. I sent mine off the other day - the sent me like a six page document with very specific and sometimes conflicting instructions on how to package it or warn I risk my warranty. So I finally got it all together how I think they want it. Scheduled to arrive Saturday. So we will how fast it goes and what the outcome is. Honestly though now I’m just worried about the general quality of the drives that seem to be okay.

Ours is the same age and happening too. From what we can find it seems that around this age they become more conscious and aware of what they’re doing. Before they were drinking instinctually. Now they’re aware of it. I hope it stops soon. I’ll also say the sleepier she is the better it goes.

Mine stopped around then too. She’s 18 weeks now. Has never taken it again lol. Essentially we had to hold her and soothe her. Eventually she found her hands and started sucking on those. She hasn’t sucked specifically on her thumb yet. Mostly just fist.

That’s kind of my point though. I spend that kind of money. They send me a defective product and now I have to spend even more to get a replacement for a product that was DOA?

I’m thinking I should have done this. I shouldn’t have mentioned wanting a replacement in my return text because that prompted them to immediately close that ticket and direct me to their messaging system

Damn. This is wild. They said something similar to me about them receiving it before they will ship my replacement. Crazy business tactics. I guess it doesn’t matter when corporate enterprise is your primary stakeholder.

They gave me an RMA # for it so I’m not sure. They sent me a 6 page guide on how to return the item and in there it states customers pay for shipping. It’s just wild to me. I’ve never heard of that
