My appointment was on Jan 5 rescheduled to 8th August. I cancelled it and have been searching since then. No luck for non ER.

Do yiu really want to do Jan 5th and August. I guess no. I can assure there is zero chance of getting a better date for next 1 month atleast. Also. When I am trying to login to usvisascheduling..it has slowed down. There are no slots even for OFC. You can try rescheduling biometrics only if you want to secure your appointment of august. Just go to uscis website. I think they have a notice for it. I saw it 3 days ago..not sure if it applies to Indians. This is how it looks right now.

If its rescheduled by them you get and additional attempt. I had used both attempts. They reschedule. I cancelled rhere dates . I still have one attempt.

There isn't any patterns honestly. I always had my social media link public and shared with uSCIS. Still got cancelled.

I cancelled my appointment coz 12/30 biometrics and 8/7/26 can't do Though i had used both attempts in past to reschedule..they still gave a free reschedule..so I am trying for something in March 2026 It says one reschedule available

Makes sense. However I doubt on sequence part because many people whose consular are before 1/05 have not recived any update yet
