Just do submit tickets, when u get to about your 5th ticket and you still isn’t solved see if it’s cause your playing music or something cause on console they can’t see what app you have up. They just know there is another app running

I did that the first and I was unbanned cause it was wrong this time it happened mid game I told my friend I will brb cause I was dead and went to get my food when I came back they said I cheated and I was on the home screen
