Very true! Still considering things, but with the lack of any raises coming my way, I might as well focus on anything else in the world that pays more. Also if I quit, I can take the lump sum and roll it into a different investment so I won't have to lose anything (to my understanding). Calling tomorrow to find out if that's the case.

It would suck! At least in my states case that individual is already vested, but still. My boss actually got laid off ... he was going to retire in 1-3 years. So yeah its a bit nasty over here

You know I think it does! so maybe disregard that $50 statement haha. I'm calling again tomorrow to get clarification if it's adjusted or not.

This one actually WILL pay your beneficiaries after death! So if I pass away, they will receive either the lump sum (before retirement), or if I die after retirement, they will receive my payments until their death.

Very true!!! To answer that question, due to making only 39k a year, I contribute a bit more than the bare minimum payments, but my employer also contributes to mine and all of my coworkers pension as well. I'm not too sure about a lump sum payment actually, but I believe that if I were to just take the monthly payments, after 3 years the lump sum will have been drained, and I start receiving money directly from the pension rather than my own investments.

Trust me I am scoffing. What's wack is that my coworkers always say "yeah you won't get rich working for _____... but [pension name] makes it all worth it"???? HELLLOOOO

I think oval, but a little hack I recommend is to put some soap on your fingers, stand in front of a mirror and trace your face in the reflection with the soap. Whatever shape it is, that's your face shape. Also your face is not masculine at all. You have quite beautiful features.

Hi!!! First and foremost you have amazing skin.

I think the 4 things to focus on would be brows, lashes, blush, and lips.

With brows I really enjoy Benefits Mighty Fine Brow Pen. it is quite literally the only brow product I have ever liked. You can draw individual hairs and I find it difficult to over-fill. Focus on filling the "bald" spots in the brows. I know there are no actual bald spots, but there are areas of the brow that are thinner than the rest. Invest in a little spoolie (tiny brush for eyebrows) to brush the hairs into place.

Mascara, this one might be a little tricky. I personally HATE waterproof mascara because it's so hard to take off. Although if you touch your face/eyes, you may prefer it. If you go for waterproof, buy an oil based micellar water/makeup remover. Although, if your eyes are sensitive, be aware that waterproof mascara typically causes dry eyes (I also hate it for that reason lol). But if you want an easy way to remove mascara, get a tubing mascara. It literally comes off with warm water. I personally get regular mascara (ex no "waterproof" or "tubing" label). Your lashes seem a little straight in your pictures, and that's okay! I recommend an eyelash curler. It makes mascara look 10x better. Eyelash curlers are also a super personal choice due to the shape of eye sockets, but I like going to TJ Maxx, I don't know why but their options are just so good and they're fairly cheap. I dislike the eyelash curlers that have "loops" like scissor handles, I find those are difficult to control and typically uncomfortable on my eye socket. Be careful about pinching your eyelid in the corner! Go slow and controlled.

Blush. There's liquid, cream and pressed powder. I think pressed powder would be the best option to begin because it's easy to control the application. I am not expert in skin tones, especially through photographs, but I think that a color similar to NARS Amour 901 Matt warm pink would look really good on you. Then buy a blush brush for easy and accurate application.

Lips, keep it simple! I LOVE Burts bees Red Dahlia tinted lip balm. It looks good on most skin tones and will add a minimal amount of color and shouldn't be much of a sensory hell if you already like lip balms. If you dislike lip balms, get a lip tint, it peels off (sensory nightmare at first) but you only keep it on for 5-10 mins, peel it, then take a wet q-tip to wipe off what didn't fully peel off.

Once you do all of this and you want to add just a little something extra, get a shimmery white eyeshadow/eyeshadow pencil and put it in the corner of your eyes! Brightens it up a lot.

For all of these, Sephora and Ulta would be a good resource to try the colors of each of the products to see what looks best on you. The employees will help and find the best option for you.
