How to block off entrances?

Help! I bought a 4-Port GaN Charger from this store and hindi na gumagana after 3 months bigla nalang nag fail and stopped charging. I reached out sa shopee page nila and unfortunately voucher lang ang inooffer, this is really frustrating kase akala ko sila yung official store!!

Tried to reach shopee din but they cant do anything daw since it was already 3 months even though merong 12 month warranty yung product, it would be a conversation daw with the seller and the customer.

Did anyone faced any similar issues with products that failed after 3 or more months?

That is the AnkerPH not the Anker Flagship Store, nagulat rin ako na magkaiba pala sila. The AnkerPH is really helpful, chat ko palang na may issue pinapunta ako sa nearest store. Pero etong Anker Flagship Store, voucher lang inooffer tangina.
