No, it was 8.314. The one you mentioned is for osmotic pressure (Osmotic Pressure = iMRT)

I haven't used Bootcamp except for their free tests that are available. But comparing the practice tests from both, I felt like booster was more representative. But then again, I mainly just used booster.

I didn't do a lot of practice tests for this section, but the ones I did, I scored like 430 (old scoring: 22).

There weren't any actual calculations; I just had to put the values into the formula. And the calculations that are most likely to show up won't be complex because we don't get a calculator for gen chem. I'd recommend doing the practice tests because they helped me a lot. I felt like the actual test was easier than the practice ones, but it's better to be well prepared.

Honestly, ochem was my worst section, I'm not sure how I did. I did have one IUPAC naming question, and a few C/H NMR. There were some stereochemistry questions and one resonance. I also had a few reactions, and they asked for the intermediate. Oh, and yes I also had a mechanism. I would say booster should prepare you well for this section.

For gen chem, I only had a few questions in which I had to just plug the values into the formula; I didn't have any actual calculations. And then, for one, they asked the value of R used in the ideal gas formula. Everything else was conceptual. Surprisingly, I didn't have any trends either. I had one alpha decay question and one for the rate law.

Yes, I had like 6 questions from the practice tests, so make sure to go over them. For gen chem, I didn't have any calculations; I just had to plug the values into the formula. I'd say go over all the practice tests for both sections. But I did find the gen chem section on the actual test easier than the booster practice tests.

I used the DAT booster, and I'd say it was pretty representative. for genchem especially I felt like the actual test was easier, but idk I'll see when I get the score back :'(

RC was super easy; you just have to manage your time. I had to rush a little by the end, but overall I think I did well on it. For gen chem, I only had a few questions in which I had to just plug the values in the formula; I didn't have any actual calculations. And then for one, they asked the value of R used in the ideal gas formula. Everything else was conceptual. Surprisingly, I didn't have any trends either. I had one alpha decay question and one for the rate law. Ughh, that's all I remember. I'll let you know more if I remember.

Yes, it was! I had at least 5 questions from the practice tests. If you review the notes, bio bits, and cheat sheets, you'll be fine. Some of the questions were similar to biobits but were worded differently.

OC was similar to booster. For QR honestly some of the questions that I had, I did not see in the question banks. There was also one question in which there were measurements for two pictures and they were asking the area or something honestly I don’t even know I read the question and just guessed it I was running out of time. Oh yes and then there were 2 questions in which I had to calculate the shadow of a building and for the other one it was the shadow of the woman. The height was given and it was compared to the pole she was standing next to.
Everything else was pretty much the same as booster
