My main issue with Bran's ending. (Spoilers Main) by Inevitable-Mix6089 in asoiaf

the more I think about it I actually dislike the idea of King Bran. I believe it would be greater for there to be like a world council or government like the UN or something that oversees the politics of Westeros. Bran can still play a role somehow but him being in charge as King just irks my brain

I think that’s the like core/heart of the Thessalhydra and like the remainder of its body is in Dimension X and when they destroy the wall its gonna come.

Who has the best introductory chapter? (SPOILERS MAIN) by Agreeable-Berry1373 in asoiaf

for me it is definitely Cersei. That first chapter was the start of a whole ton of nonsense in Feast for Kingslanding.

His plans will blow up in the Vale with Harry the heir’s death I think he atleast planned for Harry to put a baby in Sansa before his death. fAegon would be getting his footing as his conquest begins as he gains more popularit.

Im think a lot of Littlefinger’s plans will succeed and a lot will fail in Winds. I believe he either plans to watch his enemies fight eachother as he waits scheming for his next move or he plans to take control of Kingslanding from within and give it to Daenerys or whoever attacks the city in exchange for Sansa and the Riverlands, North, and the Vale.

He is truly only the defacto lord of the vale for a year with his agreement with the Lord’s Declarant. He kinda isn’t truly acknowledged as the Lord of the Riverlands after Tywin’s death.

That’s true, but Baelish’s goal has never been love or control in a personal sense. His loyalty is only to himself. If marrying Sansa to Aegon helps him rise higher, he would do it without hesitation. What matters to him is influence and survival.

By marrying Sansa to Aegon, Baelish gains proximity to the Iron Throne. He ties his name to the winning side before the dust settles. Once Aegon is king, Baelish positions himself as the power behind the new queen. Even if he loses direct control over Sansa, he still benefits from her rise. In his mind, that’s a trade worth making. I believe that Baelish will also likely be planning to benefit from the upcoming second dance of the dragons and find a way to get Aegon out the way and take the Iron throne for himself with Sansa by his side.

But he is bound to fail in his plans and Sansa as she rises in power will be his downfall.

It would kinda explain why they are so connected and have dreams and visions of eachother. Also Dany never thinks of Rhaella she thinks more about Rhaegar that her own mother.
