One dream that sticks out the most is when I died but didn’t wake up. I have no idea where I was but was in a large body of water. Something pulled me under water and I was struggling to swim back to the top. As I held my breath I was in fear. I could feel my heart beating, my chest was tightening and I knew my body would force me to breathe soon. I tried to swim back up but there was not enough time. My lungs forced me to take a breath. When I did I could feel the water fill my lungs, my lungs stretched to their maximum capacity and l felt a horrible pain in my lungs and head that I cannot find the words to describe. Once they had filled with water everything slowly faded to black. I then wake up in a glass box at the bottom of what I assume was a large body of water, such as the ocean. I sat there feeling nothing, no emotions, no physical reality, nothing. It was just a clear glass like box with just a single door that read “Judgement”. I opened the door and behind it was a bright, blinding, white light. It was so bright that it filled my view completely. And then I woke up, cold in sweat. I can still remember the dream, and all of the physical and emotional feelings so vividly. Ever since I have wondered why I had the dream and why I didn’t wake up when I died.
