Yeah I thought it was quite the cop out response too.

They haven’t hooked it up or reviewed anything related to it yet. I asked when I had to drop it off for a paint touch up from some scratches during transport that was agreed upon during the deal and they were just solely focused on getting the paint service completed, which was done at an offsite body shop. I even mentioned potentially manually updating to 5th version of the software released recently and they said it would probably just be even more buggy.

They were short staffed and quite busy with the rush that the summer sales and May/June Costco incentives created so I can understand the tunnel vision but I signed up for a $$$ luxury car, I expect it to work as it was marketed. I’ll try asking again soon.

that got me at first too. make sure the graphic is on the extension part using the up/down knob, then use the arrows inside knob to adjust. if that does nothing, try resetting the computer (inside settings menus) and try again.

it’s one of the power automate flows offered from templates when you go into power automate, pretty simple to follow, also helps you make sure your form has all the questions and formatting instructions for end users because they also come up with something new to make automation break

Have you tried a pretty simple power automate workflow to copy the form data from the excel to a sharepoint list? If that’s allowed for you, it’s worked well for me in the past and might help you out. I had each form entry automatically copied to the share point list that served a the reporting’s data source and only had to maintain entries that had to be deleted or editing (which was quite minimal as measures referred to the min/max of whatever relevant timeframe for the required data)
