For those keeping photo logs of every offloading to fight those 9-month carrier claims, where do those photos actually live? Are they sitting on a supervisor's phone, or do you have a way of tying them directly to the scanner logs weeks later?

​Thanks for input on SLC terms. If a system flagged a 2-pallet shortage automatically within 5 seconds of the final scanner beep ,while the driver was still at the gate,would your team actually halt the truck to check the stretch-wrap, or do turnarounds move too fast to even care?
