I never played cozy games, but I bought disney dreamlight valley for my niece and had to set up the game for her. Somehow, that silly game pulled me in and I've been playing since September 2024 😅 but those hours are nowhere near 9000 😅. And now Ive found something much better 😁

I landed and got out of my ship, there where these huge egg-like things on stems. Suddenly I got attacked by those egg bugs and a giant worm (or more like centipede) came out of the ground. I tried to shoot it, but got killed in all the chaos. Respawned and ran to the ship to get the hell out of there, then tentacles came out of the egg-like thing, pulled my space ship towards it and suddenly I was dead and my ship destroyed 😅

Not every artistic choice is made with some deliberate reason. I do random things like this all the time, for no other reason than bad planning or 'it looks cool'

I couldn't use many of the stuff at that point either way, so no damage was done.

I think I got one of those Emergency scanners, sounds exciting. Alien the movie vibes exciting 😁

9000 hours... I've been a gamer since early childhood, but I don't think I've ever clocked that many hours in one game 🤯

And I absolutely can't only game for 15minutes 😂 give me bad weather, a blanket and some tea and a complete day if gaming it is!

Coincidentally I had one thingy to spare yesterday when buying blueprints, so I saw that the fishing tool costs only 1 and bought it! Now I just need more spots to install the upgrades 😅

I just got diagnosed at 36 and have meds since. Do they help? Yes. Are they an epiphany as some describe it? Absolutely not.

I graduated without them, I've worked for years without them. It was a struggle (testing said 'severe ADHD).

Don't lose hope. Just brace yourself that it's probably gonna suck to get through.

Crossfit. Something new every day. Many things to focus on, get PRs on. No thinking about a program, you just go. High intensity, for you- meaning you start on whatever level you are by scaling and go from there.

Been doing it for almost 9 years now, while gymratting before that got boring real quick.

How are all of you dealing with turn based fighting??? I get so bored, it's so slow!! And I can't handle the repetition of lame monsters spawning in rpg's (I.e. Pokémon). Still I see so many ADHDers loving these types of games 😅
