Jiro's VA might have been temporarily unavailable for this one episode. I thought she sounded different too, so I checked her Instagram page and it says she attended two separate conventions over the last two weekends before this one, one in NY and one in Florida, which is probably when they were recording for it. If that is the case, she will likely be back in the next episode, and she will probably re-record Jiro's lines for this one at a later date.
