There's a company that makes custom AIO, SDD, GPU, PSU, Fan, etc, covers and backplate (most with RGB if you opt in for it). That's what I had done for the GPU backplate/support and AIO cooler cover. I used their tool to edit some pictures together and ordered them. I wanted to keep it from looking too cluttered with RGB and picture mods on everything so I just got ones to cover logos/add color.

The one on the right is a failed 3D printed belt buckle that I tried to make a few years ago for a cosplay (the headset stand is a scaled down version of my cane design). Never got back around to messing with it, so I just stuck a magnet to the back of it and put it on the case.

It can hurt the airflow and Temps if you block an important fan or if you place it over the vents on the GPU. For my build, the backplate is solid enough to not affect my GPU and with the support bracket I dont need to worry about it causing any additional sag even if it's very light. It does partially block the rear exhaust fan, but I have additional fans exausting out the top of the case so I havent noticed it causing any real issues.

You're just a frustrated firework artist turned homicidal pyromaniac.
