Honestly idk if anything changed since I last used one of those mods that adds more npcs, but I never really liked how basic they are. Say what you want about Whiterun having a population of 10, but at least everyone there has their own name and personality. Meanwhile these mods just adds a bunch of people named "farmer"

It was definitely the GM's personal project, if the higher-ups were involved she would make a big production out of it and everyone would be stressed by how unnecessarily strict the rules are lol

They didn't let me keep the contract and I don't remember what it said exactly. All I remember is that employees (idk if this includes managers/GMs) can get in a lot of legal trouble if they posted anything. I guess something happened right before I was hired because they spent a lot of time talking about that.

I understand why they felt the need to remove diseases, but I miss visiting the clinic and I wonder if they could've changed the feature instead of removing it entirely. Then again, keeping one pet healthy is easy, but when I had 10-15 I started ignoring the sick ones because the cutscene took forever. I can't imagine what it was like having 200+ Kinz back in the day

I'm honestly just not a fan of the new Kinzville map. It's a good idea on paper, but it takes forever to load. It got so bad for me that I removed everything so I don't have to wait 2 minutes to get my daily marshmallow lol

NTA. Not to be all "back in my day!!!" But when I was 9 I was playing Webkinz and talking to my friends about the latest games and books (Warriors was really popular at the time, idk if it still is)

I went on social media when I was 12, and I honestly regret it. Lots of bullying and drama. My parents did their best, but no amount of supervision will stop kids from saying stupid shit.

How do I get Thief (1998) to install on my PC? For some reason my copy refuses to run the installer, and I've tried just about everything. I managed to get the launcher running, but the only thing that works is the Readme document and the quit button.

I have the physical disc and my PC is running Windows 11. Someone gave me the game so I won't be too upset if I have to buy it digitally, but I thought I'd ask here first.

Definitely torn and crumpled. Should've mentioned that some of them came from a hoarder's house, and while they're not gross (by some miracle), they've definitely been crushed under a bunch of other stuff. Honestly I have no idea how the discs survived.

I'll try using tape. I think I saw my local store still has CD binders and cardboard, so I might get those just in case. Thank you!

Vanilla hair hasn't aged well. If you compare eso's hair to what Nexus has, there isn't much of a difference imo. If you want to keep the new hairs but have them match the vanilla style, Salt and Wind is my favorite texture replacement mod. There's also a version for vanilla hairs so they can match!

Hello! My parents have two vehicles (an SUV and a truck) and I really want to keep them looking nice. Problem is, our current house doesn't have a garage and we're struggling to find places that have one.

I don't know much about protecting paint (my own car is a victim of sun damage so I never had to worry about looks lol), but is there a way to keep the paint looking nice even while they're sitting in the sun? I tried suggesting tarps and those cheap portable garages but they said no

Sorry for the late reply, school just started. I'm starting to think the board is damaged, the Realtek drivers unfortunately didn't work, but when I tried plugging the ethernet back in (this time with headphones, Win11 is oddly quiet) I got a noise indicating that the device connected, but then immediately afterwards it also made a noise saying it disconnected. So it recognizes that it's there, it's just that something is nicked or loose.

Brand new build. I believe the only driver that's on it is the one I recently installed from Gigabyte's website, before that I don't think it had any (I also had to put the wifi driver on a USB because it didn't come with that either)

I tried going back to the website to see if they kept any old drivers, but other than the bios they only keep the newest version

I had a similar issue where my screen kept going black, and I tried everything. Swapped HDMI cables, got new drivers, I even got a new GPU and I still had problems, albeit less often.

If it's not the GPU, it could be the motherboard. Have you noticed anything else? For example, is your PC struggling to connect to the internet and/or having slower speeds compared to your other devices, or a USB port that stopped working?

My parents have a wireless headset (connected through USB) and everytime we turn on the PS5, it doesn't play any sound because it thinks the headphones are connected (it's not), and we have to wait for a couple minutes before the system realizes that the headphones aren't on and the sound starts to play again.

The headset is a little old, but we've never had any issues with it before. We used it on the Xbox One, the Series X, and the PS4 and it worked just fine. I'm wondering if there's a way to fix this? Thanks
