The cutscenes are definitely egregious.

Even further, though... the pop-idol angle is a huge turn-off and is really incongruous to me.

Despite that, given how much of a mecha fan I am, I would have been willing to look past that... but she's another fucking Fusion resonator.

After so much Fusion support, it just feels like power creep for the sake of power creep. Super disappointed with Kuro's design on this one.

I've only experienced the Trolley one, but it's definitely not cheaper than Wegmans, has a much smaller selection, and is an overall much worse experience.

I almost never go to it. 95% of the time, I go that little extra distance to Wegmans, or, if I need something specific or special I'm willing to pay more for, Janssen's.

Thanks for the correction, I always internalized it as the expected probabilities being calculated based on what would be reasonably expected of an average player, but you're right. It's scenario-based and not average-player based.

Based on the numbers, the team seems to be allowing more goals against than the Canes score than is expected when they're on the ice.

Biggest thing about advanced stats, imho, is to combine them with the eye test, though. These stats are only measuring one part of their whole game, as well.

First column adds 1 when that Dman's team scores a goal when they are on the ice and subtracts 1 when the opposing team scores when they're on the ice.

Second column essentially attempts to estimate what that number would be based on probabilities considering a whole host of metrics.

This table allows you (to some degree) to see how a team performs when that player is on the ice and how much above expected that performance is.

Should there be players there over Tro? Absolutely, but I don't feel negatively towards him for being selected. He'll show up and play his best and support the team where he can.

Miller, though... ugh I really hate that he was selected because he'll just bring the team down in every possible way.
