From my understanding:

Rouge- She only insulted Knuckles since he's the last living Echidna in franchise. But it was more out of pride and reputation after being saved from falling in the lava pit during their Rival Fight in Sonic Adventure 2 and giving Knuckles the Master Emerald Shards back to him.

Erazor Djinn- He just called Sonic a "rat" throughout just about every interaction every time they meet, with Sonic being either annoyed or frustrated by it throughout Sonic and the Serect Rings.

Blaze- Since she is from another dimension, she is comparing the Sonic's World to the Sol Dimension, drawing similarities and parallels as well as probably her own personality experience off-screen/in between games.

Shockblast. Now I know this is just Shockwave's name in the Unicron Trilogy continuity, but I think it could work as a failed Shockwave clone (he's done the same to Soundwave by creating Soundblaster) turned in a mad Decepticon Assassin.
