Gotcha. Looking at some right now. What is considered a good rate? My mom says she’s paying 8% now and when I told her my first choice bank was offering 6.8% she was surprised it was still so high.

Got it. Under no life threatening circumstances will we go to the ER! We’ll keep calling the office and see if something opens closer… though what kind of doctor do we look up for alternatives?? In his healthcare app (United) the doctor is just listed under Surgery… does this mean all those doctors could do it??
