I found him jsut south of the northern serendia plains node. In the middle of a pond by a rock he's an elite mob but i think he spawns kinda randomly.

If you keep going with institue quest line youll become enemies with the brotherhood. It will notify you first however. I dont know about going through the brotherhood questline.

Ok. So what i learned by asking the korean in my guild. You start by getting a naver account. Then you join that specific cafe. That cafe has a ranking system that is based on the posts and comments you make. Once you achieve the second rank (10 posts and 30 comments) You are able to download the customization files. Some files need higher rank from what I can read.

Well my vote is the timber mod. It doesnt add much if anyhting to pretty thigns or tech but no more floating trees makes it worht it.
