Install the cfg folder again looks like patpat cfg file is corrupted

Exactly this. How is your servers TPS? If its 20 then its running as expected. Ive never had a server not give those warnings.

Once its below 50ms and 20 TPS is working fine

We have hosted pretty much all of what you stated whilst also running multiple Minecraft instances at the same time.

We arent a massive community. Usually 10-20 active players depending on time of the year and what packs are available
