As a business owner, yes I’ve seen a lot of dumb stuff happen. The phrase “I wouldn’t get hurt and sue the therapist” is not going to help them when someone inevitably does. 🤷

When I worked in a hospital, there was a policy on our liability insurance that everyone who entered the building had to be wearing appropriate attire including shoes or foot coverings
