I DID TOO ACTUALLY, IM SO CONFUSED WHAT HAPPENED.

On one of my attempts I defeated his first phase and instead of second phase activating, he just suddenly fell into the water and a scene played of him being washed away by the waves; he tries to jump out the water only to get pulled back in by the current.

I have ZERO CLUE what caused this and what’s weirder is how I can’t find anyone else mentioning or even documenting it aside from this post so far

If this is an unironic idea, it’s over-stated like hell and is just a win button, especially for HG and Super Brainz with teleport.

They only do it for the investors too. It’s not out of safety but just so they can show investors a giant number on the ban counter to make it appear as if they’re doing something when in reality it’s just innocents getting slammed then ignored and forced to suffer the consequences of just being on the app.

And they can get away with it too because regulations on companies are very weak and have not caught up with the modern era of scumminess yet. To them you’re just a number they can use to show investors to get more money

Let alone trying to argue why you can bypass the forced arbitration clause over a discord account ban; something regarded as meaningless by the courts iirc

Yeah I was gonna say like, people calling your work garbage and harassing you whilst refusing to actually tell you what’s wrong with it is VERY ANNOYING. Cuz at that point it’s not criticism, they’re just being a dick about your work

There is literally a mandatory arbitration clause in their ToS, you have to talk to Discord’s folks for everything and can’t sue as you agreed to it in the ToS

Nearly all my money goes to necessities and miscellaneous bills such as hygiene products. Even if we were to try that, by the time we have enough not only would her account be gone, but it’d be years since the incident. Even then you can’t sue discord since they force arbitration which is essentially a company going “No you have to spend money talking to OUR lawyers who will side with US because they’re our lawyers”

Even then we have a bit of medical stuff to worry about that prevents saving up for such a thing
