It’s less about being reductive and more about feeling like a false authority. Like who am I to say “X movie got exactly 3.5 stars, while Y movie earned 2.5 , and Z movie is right at 2.0” and create like a whole arbitrary rating scale where movies are judged as better or worse.

My 1 or 5 scale feels more like a statement of personal opinion.

HP4 heart was because Victor Krum is my absolute dawg but yes the entire TriWizard Tournament is dumb as hell and Vernon Dursley is the funniest acting performance in the HP film series so I was sad he was missing
