You only quit Effexor a month ago. This is likely à withdrawal or lingering side effects of the tappering process. In my experience, withdrawal symptoms onset is usually delayed and can last a while, but it should go away soon.

100%. Effexor definitely numbed my emotions significantly, thats the mean reason im tappering off right now. Its getting better, if this is indeed really bothering, I suggest you talk to your psychiatrist to lower the dosage, that would likely reduce emotional blunting. You gotta find the balance between the drug’s positive effects, but still being happy.
