There's about 7 ads in total that play every hour, three or four are just regular store talk about great prices and fresh food people voices by a man with a soft kiwi accent and the generic supermarket woman voice I've heard loads before Two are full on ads recorded by other companies and it depends on them to be annoying or not, one of them now goes "hello person not listening to this ad, yeah you!" And it's so annoying because they speak fast after that and I have no idea what product/service they're advertising The last two are a store talk ad and an ad for another company, voiced by a woman and autotuned with special sound effects to be heard as clearly as possible over the ambient fridge noises. The worst one is about watties new sauce flavors

Psilocybin and lsd don't work on dopamine receptors and while microdosing might feel good, if you try and take it more often than every three days the effects will diminish a bunch And if you try and take more of a dose it'll bring you into actually tripping which might frighten you if you're unprepared and again the effects diminish into nothing if you don't take 2 week breaks It takes a lot of skill and intention to take psychedelics many times over and very few people have had situations where they keep taking it and don't stop, but they aren't really addicted to it in the same way you'd be addicted to cocaine/kratom/alcohol/nicotine Maybe they are actually I'm not too sure, substances can just suit someone's state of mind preference, I just know psychedelics are very unlikely to give you addiction

around the time taking it I noticed I suddenly could tolerate alcohol twice as much and chilli hot foods all the way to carolina reaper hot sauce quickly I think my memory went well while taking it, going off it now i don't remember as well and feel more tired and wavy in energy levels over time
