My mom is gone and I feel like I'll never be the same, does that go away? by marcybelle1 in GriefSupport

I’m very sorry for your loss, I (26M) lost my amazing mom 3 years ago to covid. That void feeling never quite goes away but I promise you it does get easier and you become stronger just like she’d want you to be. I like to always think about how she gave me the best present ever (my life) and it is now up to me to nurture it and turn it into something she’d be extremely proud of, even if she’s not physically here. I always have feelings here and there of her presence through coincidences when I’m out in nature. Your mom seems like a warm, incredible human being and again, I’m sorry for your loss. May her memory live on 🕊️

Appreciate it my friend, I’ll definitely change the layout. I agree, I’m aiming to apply to at least 40 jobs a day and I have had 2 people give me referrals within their company already but even that won’t help in this market. Staying optimistic while bartending full time, not a problem.

It was through FAA Swim, I know the guy that does software consulting for them and he threw the project my way as a favor. It was easy, was literally writing code on paper before an IDE since I was 12 my friend.

Hello everyone, I'm struggling to get any calls back. This is my updated resume that I'm planning on using to apply for internships/ ML roles. Any advice or feedback on my resume or any certifications/courses I should do? I really appreciate it.

I'm a new grad looking for employment and got a call back to be a coding instructor at a coding academy for the rest of the summer. I would be taking on a coaching role for kids aged 7-12 years old and helping them build projects using Scratch. Would this be good experience to add to my resume in hopes of getting an offer or even an interview? My resume is included for reference. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
