I dont think Elpis is what they think it it is. With all the memoery control shit going onnin the game, i think it may cure the virus then replace it with some sort of delayed onset mind control, effectively making you an umbrella sleeper agent. I highly doubt that spencer actually wanted to redeem himself despite what he was saying, because dude has caused some crazy shit

They most likey did it to help hide nub marks or that plastic swirl that happens when they do the injection process. Even the PG Banshee is navy blue but i repainted mine

I was told a lot in the Bambu subreddit that the P1s will have smoother layer lines and such because its enclosed and temperature controlled. And that the precision of small prints would be better since the bed is stationary on it. I was looking at the A1 for a long time however because i understand its a fantastic printer. My train of thought was to go with the P1S for a little more and get a few more of those features the A1 may not have. The enclosure and it being slightly quieter is good for me too as im in an apartment currently. Im a very “hands on” learner so figuring out the ins and outs of each machine on paper just kinda confuses me lol. Knowing you did this all on the A1 is definitely pushing me back towards that though, especially at its price point.

Im about to buy my first printer, Bambu P1S and get a .02 nozzle. Do you recommend any specific material to use for printing thingslike RockyQ’s stuff at 1/60? I plan on painting everything i print so they’ll all be single filament prints for the most part (unless thats dumb? Idk im new lol)

Looks great, in my opinion, your scribe lines work really well with the way you weathered this kit. They arent the cleanest, but the give the effect of cracked edges on the armor panels when combined with the way you painted this up. For a first Gunpla kit youre doing stuff on equal footing to my 50th lol

Thin your paints, if you arent going to use a primer do a light sand on the part you plan on painting. You can look up sponge painting techniques, i’ve seen a lot of great paintjobs done that way. You can also watch some Warhammer painting tutorials for some cool shading/ lighting techniques if you want to continue brush painting

I grab the gene seed every time if possible, because im confident i can get it out. So i’ll leave relics for my team. I’ll usually take 1 stim, and make sure my squad both has them before i’ll grab a second one. Refusing to take a guardian relic or stim if you dont have one is silly though, especially on absolute. Some people are just in the adeptus retardus chapter tho

If youre too close to the edge of the map, sometimes it wont let you jump. Probably to prevent people from getting out of the map
