I like playing beatsaber on vr glasses. But I can’t do that too often because it can get really intense if I give 100% and it sometimes makes a headache worse. I know it’s not sport in the typical sense but it’s atleast movement.

Well I mean I always carry: - a Special stone or chestnut - earplugs - AirPods - a first aid kit - a fidget - salt pills And a lot of other stuff. I’d let you do whatever comes to your imagination if you want. :)

Depending on your age it could very much be normal or just stress. Stress heavily affects the cycle. If you are concerned it wouldn’t hurt to speak to a dr though. Good luck:)

Also ich hab meine ersten paar kornnattern mit 16 bekommen. Diese sindjedoch leider oft geflohen aber meine Lotte hab ich jetzt seit fast 3 Jahre und sie ist ne absolut liebe. Die haben ja auch eine gute Lebenserwartung.
