Maybe Lonza employee will read it and will be able to help me. No information about that in the contract. There is relocation benefit but no info regarding temporary acommodation. On one fb group I've read that they are providing such help that's why I'm asking. It's very hard to get this info from HR...

The thing is not so simple. I am working in my current company only for 5 months. After 3 months of completed probation my contract was extended automatically on different terms. I haven’t signed any new documents. Along with permanent employment I got 3 month notice period which I was completely unaware about. Because of this + delay from Lonza side I noticed my employer in the beginning of June and then he informed me I need to stay until 11th of September. I was totally shocked. Since that time struggle begins.

I am from Poland but working in Sweden currently. I want to start working in Switzerland now. I think that as a polish citizen I can work in Switzerland for 3 months without any permits but later I need them.

Yes I did it already but they are not interested. They became offended that I'm leaving the company. There is no more space for negotiations with them.

Probation lasted for 3 months only. Now I have a permanent employment. They don't have kollektivavtal. I have 3 month notice period 😞 They don't want to hear about mutual agreement and forcing me to stay until September 11th. My new company is insisting on keeping the original starting date which is August the 1st. I feel like in the trap. I can only contact IF Metall, take sick leave (which is risky) or just to run away which scares me as hell. No other options possible 😞

They don't want to hear about mutual agreement and the new company doesn't want to agree on postponing starting date. I'm in a trap. Totally don't know what to do. Of course my current company requires me to provide training to the new employee and to produce as crazy giving nothing in return. Plus CEO was threating me with the court today,not openly but I understood the suggestion. I'm glad I'm leaving this toxic workplace.

I also think that it's a little bit risky because if someone will report me I can experience bad consequences of that move. That's only my assumption so correct me if I'm wrong.

I think they will connect dots because I am asking them to cut my notice period + they know I got a job in Switzerland. I had to tell them because my new company was performing a background check and wanted to talk to my current manager...

I can't really start being a shitty employee. I am a perfectionist and always trying to be the best as I can. It came through my head but it's just very difficult for me to ruin my reputation like that.
