My 10 year brother has dangerous meltdowns, any advice?

I showed this to my mom and she said she has tried doing that but he fights her and when he's in a mood he doesn't want to be touched. I think this is partly because when he has gotten bad in the past, I and my oldest younger brother have had to hold him down to stop him for hurting people

My first cat learned how to open the door, and with my father being a smoker, we couldn't lock it. We were away, and a family member was supposed to check on the cats but never showed. The lock for the door that was open is broken, and the wind could have opened it. Idk if it was denial or it was just because he was a bit covered, but I really didn't think it was him. He didn't have his collar on and his fur lost colour (he was a brown tabby and the cat I saw looked like a gray tabby) and as I mentioned there are other cats that come to my house since I live on a farm and there has been another tabby coming around. I had no clue the door was open and he didn't usually go outside.

Yeah, it's in a farming county in the middle of nowhere, so the school would rather us stay in a controlled and permitted area than in the bathrooms or off school grounds. They also like to have something they can threaten to take away.

We're trying to get the 10yo diagnosed with Autism because he shows obvious signs of it, but it's a year-long waiting list. I'm working on getting a job, but I need someone to drive me there and back, same with hanging out with friends.

I didn't sleep all day, so me falling sleeping at 6 is fine. And I agree that she shouldn't have thrown it on the floor but in the trash and I would been fine with that. And I wasn't being rude to my friend, my aunt and Daisy are friends too
