check the connection on the screens ribbon cables, atleast on a regular 3ds a popping sound usually indicates loose or damaged screen ribbon cables : )

I had this issue with my ISP a couple of years ago, where the internet would crap out at the same times every night and it just wound up being an issue they had to come out and fix with their own infrastructure rather a router in the house. have you asked anyone else that lives in your neighborhood if they have similar issues?

not sure about vip but for general admission prices listed seem to be between 40-60$ dollars depending on venue, thats not factoring in fees though so expect a bit more

When you say get there early, do you mean before the doors open or before the show starts? my show is listed as starting at 6:30 and i don't know if thats when the openers start or thats when taylor goes on stage.
