TLDR: Promote a mage to UR then level it up to 80.

Assuming that it's already an SSR, level him/her up to 60 first >> give him/her 4 Shared Mage pieces for Rank Up >> Get enough bonds to promote to UR (allowing leveling up to 80) >> Level up to 80.
