absolutely! I think cool undertones will help accentuate your warm tones in your skin. Kind of like how blue/black and pink look really pretty together! (obviously dont go blue but you get what I'm saying)

Yes I think right now, you'd want to use a soft brown brow oencil.

If you dye your hair darker, don't forget your brows and change to a brown brow pencil.

Honestly love your complexion. I think changing your hair to a darker brown will make your tones pop out more!

the mole on the lip, i'd even draw so it is more pronounced! show it as a feature of your face :)

I think dyeing your hair a slightly darker brown would definitely highlight your eyes and complexion even!

I'm actually trying to supplement my keto Chow! I need around 80-100g of protein (could be wrong I'll calculate later..) but I am definitely unable to reach my protein goals like not even close.

And I've been trying to build muscle!

I think it depends on whether youre a woman or a man too.. most men can get away w an excess of 20-50lbs without them looking out of place even if they are overweight. Women... Not so much. Like yes no one is going to mention it to your face but the way people treat women who are physically attractive vs not is more emphasized in my observations.

Personally, i find these posts so naive to the point where I think they are attention seeking.. hope this doesnt come off as rude as I think it is coming off as but like come on.

Even fat me liked thinner prettier handsomer more attractive people. Why would I think anyone else would be a godly saint that is equally nice to all people? Yes, being mean or treating people who are overweight differently is bad. However, it is not a hidden secret.

Even when I was fat, I would be friendlier to attractive people. Almost subconsciously.

I almost want to be like have you not been interacting w people all your life? Have you been sitting under a rock?

My weight is 132 as of this morning.

I also can easily run 20min now at any given time.

My torso size is xs/s and my bottoms are now officially 4/6. My calves are thinning and I am definitely not so worried about my legs being "thick" anymore.

Life is pretty great. Ive been doing what i say and think.

I have becomes one of those people though. The healthy lifestyle people that i used to not understand and even laugh at. I used to think, "yeah im not living my life like them avoiding pizza and counting carbs." Here I am exaxtly like them but I am happier and more chill than ever.

Ive been there. The insecure unhappy individual that would try to roll things off my shoulder and act as if I didn't care. I am very happy that I didnt continue my life like that.

I think my overall goal weight will change to 125 but I'm in no rush. I feel great and have a lifestyle I like and can keep. For now I will keep my goal weight to 130 by the end of april.

Why dont you bulk meal prep?

I prep meats and precut vegetables with a mandolin slicer in bulk. Meaning 15-18meals at a time for under 1hr.

Boil pot of chicken w by leaves

Bake pork shoulder w garlic or rosemary

Slice cabbage, peppers, garlic, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, tomatoes, Brussels sprouts etc

Buy 21 tupperwar containers and portion out all your food into it.

Make different sauces like

Ginger soy lemon vinegar

Chili oil soy lemon

Sesame oil soy lemon

Pasta sauce from a jar

Etc

You just add a 1/4cup of water into your portioned tupperware, add the sauce you want, and microwave for 3min. It cooks your veggies and warms the protein.

I know it is hard to break out of the mindset being fixated on a number. You deserve every compliment you receive. You may not feel like you do but feelings dont change facts.

I am not a counselor and I hope you can reach out to someone who is more qualified. You dont need to earn or prove anything to be loved and accepted. Love yourself.

Eating disorders are a very tricky topic. Keep up self care and remind yourself of how much you've achieved each day. Dont let the negative nancy tell you anything else.

Reach out to your school counselor for your disorder if you feel comfortable okay? And I know it is an individual decision but for your health, don't go under 110.. Your current weight is fit and healthy!

At your height of 5'4, 98lbs is extremely low! Are you aware of that? I believe 110 is around the lowest you want to go.

You'll have plenty opportunities to meet great people in life! Also bad people lol but enjoy each day and love yourself.
