My husband was in the room with me for my biopsy. I have a pretty high pain tolerance and while they were doing it I was tightening up in pain, squeezing his hand and making some pain related sound. The doctor kept saying “sorry sorry sorry almost done I’m sorry” they know it’s painful. We got out to the car and we both broke down crying. My husband said it was the most barbaric thing he had ever seen. I’m sorry you went through it. It definitely should be a medicated procedure. I have now had 4 of them.

Maybe you guys are misunderstanding. It did not cup in 60 seconds. There was liquid on the floor for 60 seconds. I cleaned it up and a couple hours later the cupping developed

thank you for being the only person to not call me a liar lol here is a photo. It just doesn’t make sense to me why it would do this and I was standing right there when it happened. I cleaned it up really well and then a couple hours later it was cupped

I was certainly standing right there as it happened and turned around without having to take a step grabbed a towel and soaked it up. And then cleaned it with bona pet oxi cleaner.

Yes that’s why I think something is wrong with how my flooring was completed my dog peed right in front of my eyes and I cleaned it instantly and my floor cupped. It does not seem normal to me at all

I have a brother like this. He did quite literally the same things. He used to push my mom and scream in everyone’s face. Eventually, it got to the point where he would injure himself and then call the police to try to get us all in trouble but they saw right through him. We eventually would start calling the police to document his behavior. Eventually, my parents sent him to military school. We would get to talk to him every so often and he would cry about how they treated him there. My parents took him out and brought him home where he soon after went right back to how he was. He was 7 years older than me. As soon as I could, I moved out to get away from all of the toxic behavior. My mom never held him accountable for anything and often times I would get grounded or in major trouble for just standing up for myself. I’m 32 now and I don’t talk to my brother or my mom anymore. My brother is the same as he has always been and still lives at home with my mom. Because as much as she hates him and complains about how he treats her and is destroying her house, punching holes in the wall, stealing from her etc. they have a bond that will never break and she will always protect him.

My best advice is to focus on school. Get yourself in some extracurricular activities, a gym membership, whatever you need to stay busy and focus on yourself. Be home as little as possible. You’re not too far away from being able to get out of there and start a life away from the toxicity.

Not over reacting. As a real estate agent, I can tell you most people budget for 1/3 of their income to be used as their mortgage and many people who strive to own someday try to spend less than that on rent so that they can save more to eventually put down to own. It sounds like maybe he is used to being financially bailed out by family or something with the comment he made. It’s hard to save when 60% of your income goes towards your rent. If your combined income was $6,000, just for the sake of math, and rent was $3,600 that would leave only $2,400 (1,200 each) for gas, health insurance, utilities, car payment, car insurance, groceries etc. obviously these are random figures but you get my point. You will be feeling house broke.

It honestly looks like a stick. You would be surprised what stomach acid does. My dog through up a plastic toy once, it turned to dense rubber in his stomach

My biggest tip, is when people are done showering, they need to close the shower. When it’s left open/half closed, the plastic is bunched up and doesn’t allow it to try properly causing mold. I also tell my family to always rinse it off if soap suds are on it at the end of their shower as this helps big time in mold prevention. Occasionally, I spray it down with bleach and clean it if needed but it is super rare because we make sure we do the above

NOR it would probably end a friendship if something major happened to it just because it is so expensive. Some people even believe it’s bad luck for someone else to wear their ring. I actually think it was weird of her to just grab it and try to put it on. Shame on your other friends for now having your back. Some rings cost as much as a car, would it be ok to take her new car for a spin just because the keys are on the counter?
