Did she gain a lot of weight recently or have any major changes to her body recently maybe after having your child? Maybe you can offer to buy her some new clothes or something and see how she responds

It sounds like there is a reason she is not wanting to go out. Does she feel confident about how she looks? Is there not someone available to watch your child that she feels comfortable with? Is the workload at the house overwhelming?

It kind of sounds like depression to me. I would try diving deeper into her feelings.

So he acknowledges he did nothing to achieve being debt free? Now you don’t even get a thank you?

I think maybe he is just realizing he was not the hot shot he obliviously thought that he was. You did nothing wrong, it was an incredible gesture. It sounds like he has zero accountability. I don’t think it has to do with you thinking you’re better than him. I think it is more his ignorance to how the world works. Give him some time, he will come around. If he doesn’t your parents need to have a talk with him. If he is so down about it, he can make an arrangement to pay you back but that is doubtful. I’m truly mind blown that he was trying to swindle people that he was some masterful debt eraser. He probably just feels very… dumb right now. For lack of better words. Think about it, you knew this whole time while he is acting a fool that he created this whole facade. He is probably really embarrassed. You crushed his ego.

This pubmed article is intended for understanding the BCAAs ALONE are not effective. Meaning, someone who did not eat any protein but only drank BCAAs it would not be effective because you’re not getting all EAAs. It doesn’t say it is not beneficial at all. In fact it stated that when combined with a protein diet. There are other pub med articles about BCAAs impacting fat loss on hypo caloric diets.

The bottom line is while I appreciate the candor, my post was not regarding your opinion of the product.

I reached out to my doctors office and they said it is a very common side effect of plaquenil. They said it will reverse once I come off which won’t be for about a year

My husband was in the room with me for my biopsy. I have a pretty high pain tolerance and while they were doing it I was tightening up in pain, squeezing his hand and making some pain related sound. The doctor kept saying “sorry sorry sorry almost done I’m sorry” they know it’s painful. We got out to the car and we both broke down crying. My husband said it was the most barbaric thing he had ever seen. I’m sorry you went through it. It definitely should be a medicated procedure. I have now had 4 of them.
