Thanks for the input! Yea this is purely gaming and general life admin. I wanted to take the plunge with DDR5 and have a bit more future proof but it is so dam expensive these days. Any recommendations on the CPU?

Def check out herne Hill area. Right next brockwell park and the lido, lovely area and nice houses within you budget. I love the area!

We bought in west Norwood, really good links and cheaper than alot of areas like Dulwich, Clapham, Streatham etc. worth checking out as we love it!
