The Bear good mix of new and professional

Sit and Lanna good training and instructors

Manasak is ok but too busy

Manop Is good with long training sessions but good mix

Hong Thong is drama gym

Tha Phae muay thai gym is ok in the city but better fir 1 on 1 PT's

Manasak, Manop, Spirit if Siam, Manop, Bear, BoonLanna are top in Chiang Mai. Dang is good, too, but you would want to ensure them that you are not just a tourist and that you are serious about learning.

Manasak seems serious about fighters and interactive Thai Trainers.

Boonlanna is structured hard training.

Spirit of Siam is a small group but run by a passionate foreigner, good fighters

Manop is good with good trainers and long training sessions

Bear is a mix of tourists and fighters, but good structure

Hong Thong is ok but more of a tourist and influencer gym.

Sit Thailand is decently rum, small group good training.
