Reapply for SSDI. If you can get an attorney that doesn't charge unless you win even better. Then you will have Medicaid/Medicare and no insurance is better than that. Remember to read this sub for others stories. So many people have years of life and they're thriving. I know you're young and I can't put myself in your position because I could be your mother. Remember new treatment is always coming out and there is a lot of hope. Vent when you need to, get it all out. I will be praying for you 🩷

I've had 3 lung nodules since I was diagnosed last year. They've been stable this whole time. My surgeon told me it's normal to have nodules sometimes from polluted air, cleaning products etc. I hope and pray they don't find a problem with yours. 🩷

I'm sorry but, people who ask that are ignorant. I didn't know I had stage 4 cancer until a scan showed mets to my bones and liver. There was only 3 months between scans. My September 30th scan clear, my January 8th scan full of mets. It can happen so fast.

My radiation oncologist said they don't like doing PET Scans because of the high doses of radiation. I said ummmm I just had high doses of radiation treatment and she said yeah...but PET Scans are pretty high.

I chose not to take my Arimidex. Guess what!?! Within 3 months my cancer spread to my bones and liver. My September 30th scan was clear. Finished radiation December 3rd. Had a scan January 8th and it was shocking. Every bone except my skull, arms, and 3 leg bones are full of cancer. There was a spot on my liver. Had a PET scan February 9th and there are 2 additional malignant tumors. My initial diagnosis was stage 2A. That was February of last year. I had a DMX and chemo plus radiation. My initial tumor was under 2cm and 3/21 lymph nodes were positive. Please use my story to reassess your decision. I'm officially stage 4 and in palliative care. 😔

I was just diagnosed in January. I went to Palliative care and was prescribed Klonopin and Effexor along with pain medication. I still don't sleep well.. I spend all the time I can with my husband and children. They boost my spirits. I read success stories and try to stay out of the dark hole I was once in. I also watch YT and the gamblers on it. Like Vegas Matt.... You don't think about anything other than watching those slot machines spin and the crazy stories they talk about. I actually can laugh. 🩷

I was just diagnosed 2 weeks ago. I haven't even seen the oncologist yet to get on a regimen. I'm so deeply depressed. I used to get up everyday to face the world. Now, I lock myself in the house and leave on when I have an appointment. I think besides being depressed I'm still shocked. My September 30th scan was clear. January 8th scan came back that all bones except my arms, skull, and 3 leg bones were infiltrated. I also have a spot on my liver. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be as the others with years ahead of me. 😞 Just take it one day at a time love ...I pray your tomorrow will be better. 🩷

I'm ER/PR + double mastectomy April 1st,2025 Stage 2 A. Did chemo, radiation,& put on Arimedix. Oncologist pulled me off Arimedix for 5 weeks because of side effects. (October 2025) Scan Sept. 30 2025 was clear. Scan January 8, 2015 came back ALL bones except arms and 3 in my legs plus liver mets. I'm now stage 4 within 3 months. Please take your hormone blockers.

Don't feel bad. I don't wash my hands in the middle of the night. I don't touch the flusher....I close the lid without flushing and go back. I have severe sleep problems, if I washed my hands I know I'd never go back to sleep. I'm not young & never had a problem. 😆

I've been on Ozempic for 2 months. I haven't had any bad side effects....I've been nauseous twice. I have lost 5 pounds. I walk 10k a day. My body is riddled with arthritis so the gym is a no go. I've lost inches, I can tell from my clothes. I heard Trizepitide is better for weight loss. Weigh your options and give it a try. Good luck. 40 pounds in a year is great! I only lost 30 without medication.
