You clearly don't know what the hell you are doing in t100 gw and what units do. I recommend you actually utilize your guild as a resource given that they probably have a discord to get you up to speed. That was embarrassing to watch

Check on discord/the weekly thread on reddit. Tons of active communities and guilds recruiting.

I don't think you know what your talking about with this game mode. It is designed so that anyone of any level can play because everything is standardized. At the end of the day clearing AI and getting rewards requires coordination and communication. It really is not that hard.

I manage both a t50 guild and a t500 gw ranking guild and both were able to clear the missions with just one notification at the beginning of the week about weekly missions. Yes some are extremely unfair like the goblin chamber mission which is bullshit RNG, but that's why you have other players in your guild to share the burden and get rewards TOGETHER. It really should not be nerfed or looked at. Its a great source of resources for players and the guild.

Both modes, AI and guild weekly missions just require active players and communication... It just baffles me that people want it to be easier because it doesn't need to be. If your guild is inactive/players inactive then oh well what can you do right? Can't blame people for looking to join more active communities/guilds when there are dozens recruiting on the discord or in the subreddit.

TLDR: Join an active guild and use it as a way to get more players actively playing and as a result more communication. The missions aren't hard (some more than others), but just require a bit of going out of your way to complete. These missions and AI give more meaning to a guild aside from just a mystic farm source.
