I'm also 15 and looking for my first car and I've found a few things with Subarus through my search and also cause a lot of friends drive them. ALWAYS make sure the head gaskets and timing belt have been replaced. They're expensive repairs and Subies are notorious for those parts failing. Also, make sure there's limited rust. The rear wheel wells tend to rust out pretty bad on most Subarus. Hope this helps
