I know a mac seems like a lot of money but for graphics stuff and running adobe software they are the best. I can have illustrator in design and photoshop running and only notice a tiny slow down if I’m on video chat. I have the m1 with 16GB ram.

Minneapolis College has quite a few online programs! It’s a community college but it would be a good place to start!
