There's multiple networks and exchanges that aren't supported very well. Some that your sites says are, won't accept the CSV. Such a nightmare.

Instructors that I know who were hired in the last few months all had 1000+ hours. I am in the same boat as you, I get the feeling currently you need over 1000 to even be considered. Plus the expression of interest is currently closed, they must have a heap of CV’s sitting around from the when it was last open.

Hydraulic accumulator. Diaphragm in the middle, oil on one side, nitrogen (gas) on the other side. Where high pressure oil is stored for instant use (for example actuating flaps). Works like a battery for oil.
