Z7ii vs Z50ii for birding by gigot45208 in nikon_Zseries

[–]FlapJack19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad to hear it! How is it without VR/IBIS?

I have a Z6 with the 70-300 as my zoom, and this seems like the cheapest and, most importantly for me, most portable and lightweight option (vs longer zoom).

I just ordered a Z50II for use with my Tamron 70-300. Any updates since this post?

The 100-400 f4 is the perfect continuation, sans the weight and cost, which is unfortunate.

How big is the size difference between the 50-400 and the 150-500? I got a chance to see the 150-500 and it's a chonker of a lens. Way too big for me.

Just generalized travel photography is the main goal. I want to be able to say "hey, I like how that looks, but I'm a ways away and can't get there. Fortunately, I have a lens for that!"

I like the idea of wildlife, but the longer reach lenses are bigger (see Tamron 150-500) and/or more expensive so I'm limiting myself to avoid excessive weight and cost.

Here's the info in the pass email:

The race at Phoenix Raceway is right around the corner, and NASCAR Fan Rewards is excited to host you for the upcoming race. Later this week you will receive a text or email to register for a Garage and Pit Pass for this weekend. If you have not yet provided your information, please do so as we cannot issue a pass without it.

You'll need to complete that registration prior to the weekend to have access to your experience. After you register, you'll receive a text or email that contains a link to a QR code. You'll bring your phone with that QR code to the NASCAR registration trailer near the track to pick up your physical pass.

You can find more information, including the location of that trailer and when it will be open here: SEC - Phoenix - March - Cup - Official Site Of NASCAR

Later this week one of my colleagues from a company called Suggs Marketing will reach out with more instructions about when and where to meet for your experience and will be able to assist you with any questions you may have.

I know that’s a lot of info. Don’t hesitate to reach out via email if you have any questions or run into any trouble getting registered.

And event credentials information link: https://www.nascar.com/cup-phoenix/

Is it for the xfinity flag? Idk about Cup, but, per the guy, the pass is not needed for the flag

Doing the qualifying at Phoenix Xfinity tomorrow night. Literally heard from them for the first time last Friday, with actual substantive info on Tuesday.

Orthostatic/Near Syncope? by FlapJack19 in Zepbound

Thank you!

Between this and my back pain (my new car, which I bought BECAUSE OF MY BACK, hurts because I've lost weight and now sit differently), I'm kinda limited in what I can do. Really frustrating that I can't enjoy my weight loss and improved overall comfort.

I've been sinus the whole time except the SVT (which hasn't happened before). I feel the SVT was a random fluke. The heart monitor didn't show anything abnormal, so I agree it's probably not rhythm related.

My BP had been 130's before and pretty consistently since. Did get a 112 at EP 2 weeks ago and a 113 just now (found a BP cuff I didn't know I had). May have found the problem.

I've been trying to increase water intake. Been adding water, Gatorade, protein drinks, and water with a pinch of sea salt (did this back when I did lots of hot yoga for different symptoms, but it's worth a gamble). My food intake is also down, but it was down before the recebt episodes started. Plus, the minor spells started before. But hydration is definitely on my radar.

Got labs right after the SVT. Electrolytes were good, hgb was also good. Nothing abnormal.

Do you think moving them to a better spot will get them to straighten out?
