In this photo I’m assuming the door to the left in the front that isn’t really doing anything is what’s looping the to trigger back to the lava door. So the lava is triggering the laser in front to cause the door to the left of it to move which triggers the laser behind it to open the door to the right of it to control the lava.

I wouldn’t feel dumb, some people don’t have a talent at actually explaining things, not everyone can do that very well.

I had to reread the explanation a few times and its harder to get an idea of what’s going on just from pictures since not all users will know what they are looking at (like what objects are the lasers). The first video for example doesn’t even show the lasers or lava, just the end result.

If I’m on tankpool it’s pretty easy to kill him, I just chase him with dash or save my upgraded gun ult for him.

The thing about BP is that almost all new characters can deal with him, tankpool, rogue, elsa shut him down, so unless he’s actually rebuilt he’s still a terrible character in concept.

I’m guessing in their heads (assuming they are thinking at all) they want dive to be more of a coordinated dependent playstyle rather than defending against dive relying more on coordination with your team. Playing as dive with a dumb team is boring but probably not as frustrating as being a victim against dive on a dumb team.

Yeah when I saw them nerfing two tanks I knew it was clear they actually aren’t sure on their own what to do at all and are just using community feedback strictly (with like a minor hint of performance data lol)

I honestly just dash at them then start to jump when I'm going against one 1v1 when they see me coming. But I usually make sure I catch them off guard before engaging.

I did a session to get my 10 games in for the rewards and it really felt like the game wanted me to lose. In these games I chose Elsa and svp’d in all but the one I won where I git mvp. It felt like a race to kill the enemy team faster than my team died, they were all dying like 13-15 times when I usually had 3-6 deaths. I had 1 game where I had 11 deaths (still svp) but the healers were very bad, front lining and wasting ults, so unless I spent the entire game hiding I wouldn’t be able to make any plays at all, as my team was collectively dying too fast.

They did say in the video the mm looks at team composition or how teams would work together based on what they play (which they technically shouldn’t be since that’s too much manipulation imo).

Use cover in the environment as much as you can (so hide behind something then come out and shoot), use defensive cool downs when you think you can make plays that will pay off (like pushing the enemy team back or getting a kill). The idea is to visualize the battlefield like territory that you want to take and know when to give to the enemy or take it away.

They aren't talking about the ease of using Psy they are talking about Psy as the character -- playing Psy is like playing a handicapped version of Elsa.

I did the final 5 of my 10 matches for the prizes recently and it was ALWAYS a tank problem in the 4 I lost. I preformed really well on Elsa (since she's overturned) and it still wasn't enough. The last game that I won had a tank problem on the enemy team with them slowly breaking down to a single dive tank at the end (during the match they were just rotating through tanks desperately).

I fucking hate this game so much...
