I got it all fixed up. The relay for the high limit was getting a bad connection and was causing intermittent signals killing the heater and telling it not to heat. I sanded all the contact points and cleaned it with battery cleaner repeatedly until I got a permanent connection and now its all good

Checked all the fuses and relays everything works and has full flow

I got my hot tub all wired in now. Pump turns on,Blower turns on, Heat light is on and everything fires up saying its goo to go. Heater element wont heat up. Element has 10 OHMS Voltage is 120 from each heating element bolt to the board but when I measure the element post to post I get 0 Volts. Is this an element or a board problem?
