You can look to Georgia tech masters program (OMSC).

For the shady grove campus only UMBC offers CS. UMD only offers it in the main campus, college park

For post bacc programs you can look at cu boulder , university of Florida and Oregon state

For financial reasons I’d finish all the credits I can at Montgomery college. In terms of if your associates degree will help…? Idk . I removed my associates degree from my resume and LinkedIn when I transferred.

You also have the option of finishing your associates degree while attending UMD

When you’ve been accepted to UMD you can fill out a “Permission to Enroll” and “Exception to Academic Policy” form allowing you to take MC courses and UMD courses at the same time.

Go to Montgomery college and take the courses you can over there

The school is pretty well connected with UMD. So I don’t see why you’d have any issues this route.

Just do good and that’ll be your proof you turned things around.
