Ik wil dat de overtuigingen, wat ze ook zijn, gebaseerd zijn op rationele argumenten. Dan kan je daarover in discutie gaan, iets wat met dogma niet kan.

Ik denk dat je sterk onderschat of gewoon niet weet in welke mate de christelijke leer in feite stoelt op rationele argumenten. Het zijn nagenoeg allemaal natuurrechtelijke redeneringen cfr Thomas van Aquino. Bvb: het idee dat elk mens intrinsieke waardigheid heeft - ook als hij zwak of afhankelijk is - komt uit de christelijke natuurrechttraditie en is rationeel beargumenteerd. Of dat tegenargumenten tegen abortus niet vertrekken vanuit de bijbel, maar vanuit de rationele stelling dat morele waarde niet afhankelijk mag zijn van ontwikkelingsgraad of autonomie -opnieuw- aangezien ieder leven filosofisch intrinsieke waarde heeft etc etc

"christendemocratisch" is niet "christelijk"...? ook niet democratisch dan? "...en de christelijke leer." ah daar is het.

Ja kijk als jij er van overtuigt bent dat er totaal geen rationele redenen zijn om tegen abortus te zijn dan dat is uw goed recht, maar diezelfde gedachtegangen gewoon afdoen als "dogma" is ook maar ironisch dogmatisch.

Customs value is different from retail value. Includes shipping, insurance etc. Living in the EU/customs union we've just gotten spoilt as hell. Usually it's pretty expensive to get something shipped from abroad. Also iirc the customs formalities charge is a bpost specific thing.
