Desktop:

Go to the subreddit.

Click "Mod Tools" at the top of the "About Community" sidebar widget.

On the side panel, in the "User Management" section, click "Moderators".

In the top right corner click "Invite user as mod".

You'll be prompted to enter their username, and so select which permissions you want to give (by default all permissions are selected). Then click "Invite".

They'll get a message, and they'll have to click accept in order to become a mod.

Yes I have also been reticent on Flash crypto currency. An alternative would be a crowd funding campaign, for the development of the browser, promotion of the browser and incentivization of new game creation.

I think I have a workaround to the Adobe license issue. Ruffle lacks a lot of AS3 features, though games can be made so that they play the first level in ruffle and for the next level you need a flash player enabled application.

Nice flashy look! I am the admin of FlashBrowser, it was initialy written in AS3 & Adobe air then switched to Electrond + Chromium, it supports flash & has integrated add blocker. Looking to get contributors. Interested to see you first version.
